With 2 decades of industry experience, I have been working as a freelance designer since 2010 after many years in both design agencies and in-house as part of a sales and marketing team. I take a strategic approach to all creative briefs, developing your brand DNA and strategy before working to create your brand visuals and customer focused website.

Amoré du Plessis
Photographer

My aim is to ensure that your brand personality shines through on the photo portfolio that we create together. I am very passionate about your business and creating a sleek, elegant and professional photo portfolio that will serve/suit every media channel (in print or online).

Jackie Morrey-Grace
Copywriter & Business Strategy

I am a published author and multi-award-winning writer with a passion for research, problem solving and writing compelling stories! I am also an experienced SEO copywriter and social media creative who has worked across many industries. These include local politics and government, finance, education as well as corporate entities and small businesses.  I thrive off seeing others succeed and love watching my clients’ visions and business personalities come to life.

What’s included?

1. Brand Discovery with Cara

We’ll always begin your project with a brand discovery session (usually 1-2 hours). This is a crucial starting point and involves a deep dive into your business. For example, we’ll look at your ideal customer as well as your company’s vision, value and strengths. We’ll also look at your history and USP, as well as your competition and your customers’ actual needs. This will be the guide to everything that follows.

2. Copywriting with Jackie

Your copywriting package includes the following:


Research

Your concept’s value, your competitors, your audience. This takes place both in your branding discovery session and at the writing desk.


Writing

 

  • If not already chosen, I listen to you and help you decide on your business name and tagline. 3 suggestions for each will be offered in line with your brief.
  • Your fabulous vision will then be communicated to your audience in beautifully written, value reflecting web copy.
  • If choosing a web package, this will usually cover your homepage, your story and your services.
  • In addition to this, you can expect your copy to be audience focused. This means it will be specifically written so you can connect powerfully and authentically with those you wish to serve.
  • Website copy will also be structured with a view to maximising search engine optimisation (SEO).


Review

Post completion, I offer 2 opportunities for your copy to be tweaked to suit. Anything after this and beyond initial pricing is charged at £45 an hour.

3. Logo and style guide by Cara

Once we’ve been through Brand Discovery, we’ll have your brand strategy! You will now know your audience and we’ll have established your brand voice. Next, it’s time to get visual. For this you’ll get a choice of 2-3 logo options. These will be designed to perfectly suit your business and align with your brand strategy. Once you’ve chosen the final option, including any necessary adjustments, you’ll then receive a Logo Package. This will contain all the formats and files you need to use your logo across all kinds of media, both digital and in print. You will also get a style guide. This will contain a list of all colours and fonts used in your logo design. This useful document can then be sent to any third-party suppliers. It ensures your logo stays consistent and is always used correctly!

4. Photography Package with Amoré

Photos can tell a whole story about who you are and about what your business represents. Through photos, your potential clients and customers can immediately connect to you and connect to your vision. Professional and authentic photos can make such a huge difference to your brand and the quality of content that you put out into the world. The styling tips, poses and locations I incorporate into each session brings to life your unique business personality. 

Your photography package includes the following:

Branding Consultation
– Meet and greet
– Business / Brand Identity
– Colour / Clothing / Styling tips
– Talk through and plan your photo session
– Site visit to view locations (if required)

Your Photo Session (1 hour)
– On-location or studio-based
– Different poses, outfits (up to 3 different outfits)
– Use of props and branded materials etc
– Branded stock images (ideal for website headers and filler images as well as social posts)

Post Production (5 hours)
– Client Gallery Review
– Retouch clients chosen photos

Delivery 
– USB with final edited digital images in high resolution and low resolution (+bonus black and white version included)
– High and low resolution and black and white versions
– Thank you card and gift

5. Website Design and WordPress walk-through

A website is a crucial part of your marketing collateral. Here’s where you get to really sell your services, show your brand personality and secure your clients! We will work together to create the perfect showcase for your company, and always with the end user in mind. Your website will be easy to use, fully responsive for mobile/tablet use and of course, beautifully designed!

Your website start up package includes all of this!

  • Client Briefing – we’ll discuss exactly what info your website needs to include

  • 5 Main pages of content (typically Home, About us, Services, Blog, Contact us)
